Taylor-Swift
Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13th, 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country music singer-songwriter whose tales of young heartache achieved widespread recognition in the beginning of the 20th century. Swift developed an interest for music as a child and quickly progressed from playing in shows for children before making her first appearance front of an audience. Swift was eleven years old when she first performed The Star-Spangled Banner at a Philadelphia 76ers Basketball game. In the following year she started writing her own songs, and also picked up the guitar. She drew inspiration from the musicians from the country genre like Shania Twain and the Dixie Chicks (now the Chicks) Swift crafted original material that reflected her experiences of tween alienation. In the year 13 Swift's parents sold their property in Pennsylvania and moved towards Hendersonville Tennessee so she could dedicate more time to courting country labels in nearby Nashville.
